Nayan 3acadd23c2 feat(git): auto-commit edits and restore content on undo

Optional auto-commit after each accepted edit, in Conventional Commits form, so an
agent session leaves a readable trail rather than one enormous working-tree diff.

It doubles as the undo floor: where a backend has no native checkpointing, the
before-state is reconstructed from git.
